At Life Travels Private Limited, we try to give you a smooth experience in travel. Sometimes, however, a change of itinerary happens and requires coming to terms with. This Cancellation & Payment Policy details the circumstances of tour cancellation, refund entitlement, seasonal price changes, and payment schedules.
By booking any tour or service with Life Travels, you agree to the terms hereunder.
Our cancellation policy shall always be transparent and fair but compensating for any non-recoverable costs being incurred for your booking. Cancellation charges are as follows:
Note: Normally, a booking amount is an upfront deposit with the confirmation to hold accommodations, flights, and operations.
Several clauses under the peak season policy may appear in peak travel periods such as: public holidays, long weekends, school vacations, and major festivals (Diwali, Christmas, Eid, and New Year):
-Either the cancellation charges are higher than the usual policy.
-Bookings during this time are non-refundable irrespective of the stipulated cancellation window.
-Full payment may be required earlier to confirm arrangements.
-Any promotional offers may be voided during the peak season.
We shall inform you of such conditions during the booking since these are enforced by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
The following payment structure is applicable to confirming your travel arrangements:
The final confirmation of your travel services shall take place after you have remitted full payment in accordance with the above policy
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and authorized digital wallets. All payments shall be subject to realisation and applicable charges, if any.
If eligible for a refund:
The refunds may be given within 15 to 21 working days of cancellation. Refunds shall only be released to the payment mode used at the time of booking. Refunds shall be net of any bank or transaction charges and third-party penalties (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Important: Refunds shall not be considered for the services that are already partially availed or in cases of no-show.
At your request, we assist in Dubai Visa processing and other international visa applications. However:
Issuance of the visa is at sole discretion of the consulate/embassy. Life Travels shall not be responsible for any rejection or delay in the processing of visa. Visa fees once paid shall be non-refundable even due to cancellation of the tour/visa refusal. In case of rejection of visas, cancellation policy as stated hereinabove will continue to apply.
All cancellation requests shall be put in writing to info@thelifetravels.com and shall be acknowledged by our team.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended so as to shield clients from last-minute changes or unforeseen events.
Refunds for unused services, changes made voluntarily, or early departures during the tour will not be entertained.
Life Travels shall have the authority to cancel the tour whenever a force majeure, insufficient participation, or government advisories arise. Where possible, an alternative solution or credit note shall be issued.
